What's the Point?

I'm not here to bash all the diet plans out there, but lets briefly talk about the diet plan that assigns point values to each food that you eat.

You pick which foods you would like to eat for your meal, then check the point value for that food, then you see how many points of food you can have to eat, then you eat that food, while trying to maintain your point allowance for that day.

Sounds confusing? I already am just in 2 paragraphs =)

    Are you serious about weight loss? Are you tired of trying and trying to either lose those few extra pounds? Do you have that extra pouch in your belly that just won't go away? Well I am here, as a living example on the best way to lose that weight. My wife has also joined the program, at first with disbelief and skepticism, but when she saw the results that I was having in trimming off that fat that she formally called "My beer belly", she was sold! Don't get me wrong, there is no magic cure to lose weight. It requires some form of dedication on your part. The difference is on what level? Some diet plans require extensive work, whether its eating at set schedules, counting points that are assigned to each food. and then adding up all your points for each meal every day. - 3 years ago
